This pic was posted by Michael Root, a forum member of http://www.wehrmacht-awards.com
It shows 4 RKTs, any idea of who they are?

Do I imagine it or are the heads of the two on the right pasted on to the photo?

Thanks to John,

but Kertsch and the date is only the situation of MIA! That's why is it only one possibility that he also died there... Maybe some can look if the there KIA KC holders John wrote looking like the one I posted!?

Thanks also to Daniel...

But why was he named in an official MIA list of the 50. ID? Or is only the pic wrong and not adequate for the name and the dates!?

Regards and thanks

Hannes

PS:

Could he also wear a tropical uniform like the divisions in Cuban area had?

Regards

Hannes

I don't mean pasted on by the member who posted it on this or the other forum, but by the publisher of the original publication.

Looks like Reichsfreiherr von Edelsheim (Kdr. 24.Pz.Div. & KG XXXXVIII.Pz.Korps).

Hi!

I think the general could also be General der Infanterie Hans GOLLNICK,
22.5.1892-15.2.1970, KC 21.11.42, EL 24.8.43. In the last months WWII
Corps-Cdr XXVIII AC.....
On the other hand Edelsheim was nearby Berlin, "big_berlin" (Groß-Berlin)
on the pic? but I can't see swords (23.10.44)?.

It's Hermann Eckhardt. Her received the Knight's cross on the 28.03.1945 which might explain this picture.

OK,

here two three more KC holders - to the other above - from Guido Knopp "Hitlers Kinder"(Hitler's children) requesting you to ID:

The first both are from "Grossdeutschland"!
