Possibility that Zugwachtmeister (Revier-ObWm) Gustav Brako might be a Hauptwachtmeister Gustav Brajko who was with SS-OSBF Christian Wirth's unit of former "Action Reinhard" men in Northern Italy late 1944.

Here's a LW name for you Kocjo:

Ofw. der Luftwaffe Hermann Scharge, received the Bandenkampfabzeichen in Silber on 20.September 1944, for 107 combat days (anti-partisan flights).

Sorry Kocjo, no info on his unit, but the award paper was signed by der Deutscher Oberbefehlshaber der Slowakei - SS-Obergruppenführer ??.

Will look further for more names.

Right, he was HSSPF "Slowakien" from 31.8.'44 to 20.9.'44.

In an old IMM magazine.

Here's another rare example (APBiB) Fw. d. Res. Erwin Bohlken - a ZugFhr. in Panzer Regiment 1 and one of the regiment's leading panzer aces.
He also received: Knight's Cross, Pz.Kpf.Abz. III.Stufe, Wound Badge in Gold, Inf.SturmAbz. in Silver, DKiG,...

Sorry, should have read your list before posting his name, anyway I think there's a reasonable chance that he received the badge also for actions against Slovene partisans in 1943.

Why didn't Karl Brenner got one? He was
Chef der Bandenkampfverbände (substituting for SS-OGruf. von dem Bach): Jul. 1944 - 1. Sep. 1944.
and
Chief of anti-partisan operations under HSSPF "Alpenland" (SS-OGruf. Rösener): ca. Jan. 1943 - Late-1943.
