Hello Tom ;-)

The catalog of the sale can be consulted on-line : http://www.andreas-thies.de/kat34_2007.html

Regrettably, no Soldbuch.

Cordial greetings.

Polux, actually the pics are of very low resolution, looks like Max have a different very good source..

I can be wrong but as far as I can see the convolut includes the Soldbuch's Bandentage-page...infact I can definitely see "Tarnova(area of)" and "Rübezahl", two big antipartisan operation in OZAK.

Cheers
T

Additional information that I recieved today:
according to your List of the Holders of the Anti - Partisan Badge, I would like to inform you, that my Grandfather, "Hauptwachtmeister der Schutzpolizei Otto Janke" was one of the holders as well.
The badge in bronze was awarded to him on November 5, 1944, while he belonged to the "Einsatzkommando Bürger" of SS-Oberführer Karl-Heinz Bürger in Italy.

This ist the information I got from the "Deutsche Dienststelle".

Based on information culled from this thread, I’ve compiled the following list of the holders of the Anti-Partisan Badge in Gold from the 24. Waffen-Gebirgs-(Karstjäger-) Division der SS and its antecedents:

Anti-Partisan Badge in Gold
Armstark, Richard, 00.00.0000, SS-Sturmmann, SS-Karstjäg.Brig.
Brauer, Rudi, 21.02.1945, SS-Sturmmann, 24. Waffen-Geb.-(Karstjäg.-) Div. d. SS
Fabel, Friedrich, 00.00.0000, SS-Unterscharführer, SS-Karstjäg.Brig.
Götzinger, Michael, 00.00.0000, SS-Sturmmann, SS-Karstjäg.Brig.
Kühbandner, Erich, 15.02.1945, SS-Obersturmführer, III./Waffen-Geb.(Karst)Jäg.Rgt.SS Nr. 1 (59)
Ludl, Alfred, 21.02.1945, SS-Hauptscharführer, 24. Waffen-Geb.-(Karstjäg.-) Div. d. SS
Mootz, Johann, 00.00.0000, SS-Sturmmann, SS-Karstjäg.Brig.
Sinemus, Kurt, 00.00.0000, SS-Unterscharführer, SS-Karstjäg.Brig.
Walter, Oswald, 09.03.1945, SS-Oberscharführer, 24. Waffen-Geb.-(Karstjäg.-) Div. d. SS
Winter, Oswald, 00.00.0000, SS-Oberscharführer, SS-Karstjäg.Brig.

I’d like to ask the experts if this list is correct. What about Helmut Prasch? There is a lot of information about him, but I can’t seem to pin down the unit he served with that resulted in his gold badge. Karstjäger?

Thanks for any help!

Best regards,
Shawn

Prasch had BKAg along with Kuehbandner on 15-02-45 as 2.Kp\KWB commander even if he previous was the leader of the SD-Aussenkommando Pola and was involved in few antipartisan actions attached to the KJ.
I would even say SS-Oscha Winter Oswald is just a duplicate of SS-Oscha Walter Oswald since I couldn't find Winter on the original source and as far as we know there were just 10 BKAg awarded to KWB\KJ members.

So:
SS-Strm. Armstark Richard Gold 09/03/1945
SS-Strm. Brauer Rudi Gold 15/02/1945
SS-Uscha Fabel Friedrich Gold 09/03/1945
SS-Strm. Götzinger Michael Gold 09/03/1945
SS-Ostuf. Kühbandner Erich Gold 15/02/1945
SS-Hscha Ludl Alfred Gold 15/02/1945
SS-Strm. Mootz Johann Gold 09/03/1945
SS-Ostuf. Prasch Helmuth Gold 15/02/1945
SS-Uscha Sinemus Kurt Gold 09/03/1945
SS-Oscha Walter Oswald Gold 09/03/1945

Please add to the list that Nikolaus Ziegleder was an SS-Unterführeranwärter (SS-NCO aspirant) of the SS-Karstwehr-Btl.
