An interesting fact - Karl-Hermann Frank was awarded the Ritterkreuz des Kriegsverdienstkreuzes ohne Schwerter in April 1945. There are photos of him being captured proving this (sadly I don't have these pictures )

Which are the last two ribbons on the Ribbonbar ?

I think that before the last is the Gross-Offizier or Gross Kreuz of the Italian Crown order, the last is Commandeur, Gross Offizier or Gross Kreuz but i don't know the Nationality.
