Blue Division volunteers and Generaloberst Georg Lindemann??

Recently I have bought a original photo-press in her we can see Spanish volunteers of the Blue Division greeting a German officer.

I think that the German officer German is the Generaloberst Georg Lindemann.

I am in the correct thing?.
