These are correctly placed with “Das Reich” – all appear (with photos and DKiG proposals) in Mark Yerger’s excellent Knights of Steel Volume 2: The Structure, Development, and Personalities of the 2.SS-Panzer-Division “Das Reich.”

No luck on finding a reference to Hans Ehn. Unfortunately, the Das Reich histories, like most of the books published by J.J. Fedorowicz, lack indexes making them frustratingly difficult to use as reference books.

It appears his ship was the "Michel" (HSK 9). This site has information on von Schack’s exploits while commanding the “LS 4” (“Esau”), a small motor boat carried aboard the “Michel”.

This page also states that DKiG holder Kapitänleutnant Konrad Hoppe was the Fliegeroffizier of the “Michel” (HSK 9).
