Good afternoon.
I miss next winner of the DKiG in the 30. Infanterie-Division:
Stein, Gerhard; 13-12-1942; Leutnant d.R.; Inf.Rgt. 26

Source: http://www.ww2awards.com/person/19039

Although WW2awards shows that he won the DKiG in the Inf.Rgt. 26 in fact this regiment changed to Füsilier-Regiment 26 and not into a Grenadier Regiment.

Best regards.
Jordi
This Kriegsrangliste states 24.12.42 as date for the DKiG....

added to 29. Pz.Gren.Div , DKiG list [page 29] -> Schieritz
added to 3. Pz.Div , DKiS list [page 29] -> Feldhuß and Thaut

reviewed :
and second "open question division" : 5. Pz.Div : 56 KC (49 RK + 6 EL + 1 SW)
still open, if eventually more recipients / 63 ??
This list I will move to here for several reasons. Not getting into space trouble on [page 7] with ongoing master list expansion and to get space on that site for many notes on 2. SS-Pz.Div "Das Reich" next time  And I'm curious on a list by Jeff from the book to see what they have on the 5. Pz.Div :)

regards, Bernd
Dear Bernd, can I ask why you think there may be more recipients (63)? Which names, awards and units are those "questioned"?

Hello
Allow me pls. a little question about Alfred Nemec above
In the DALs 1941-1944 he is registered with final ć, whilst in DAL 1940 and in other lists as well with final č. I guess č is correct, but has anybody other official docs. showing his right name ?
Thanks

Greetings All,

I am looking for info on Alfred Hargesheimer of 2./SS-Pa Rgt 2 "Das Reich"
Specifically, I am looking for things like:
How many tank kills did he have?
What awards did he receive?
Highest rtank achieved?
And any other biographical info available.

Thanks in advance

Hello
I refer to Krippendorf above (in the year 2007)
I found him in NARA docs./lists of the 336.ID as Krippendorff
I also found him in 2 different PV./HPA as Krippendorff too
(and in other 3 PV. as Krippendorf.........)
Who has certain/definitive evidences (like birth or death certificates etc.) ?
Thanks
