Hi redline & Oberstab!
Well, this is incredible, I have just answered you're PM redline telling you that maybe some day I would find a pic of some of these officers and now I find out that there are two pics posted by Oberstab. Is this luck or what?
Thanks redline for your help and thanks for those pics Oberstab, very appreciated.
Best regards.

But we like the FSJ fall down the earth from the sky and shoot all (well almost) the problems.
BTW, look here http://www.wehrmacht-awards.com/forums/ ... hp?t=24442 and you'll find some info about Oblt Willy Kroymanns but "there is no record in any official papers that he really got the knights cross"... Don't know about Meyges at all...
WOW, man, I think I got it! He is not Meyges, he is MENGES! Here we are:
Menges Otto - Oberfeldwebel - 6. / Fallsch.J.Rgt. 1 - 9. Juni 1944

According to http://www.wehrmacht-awards.com (link you posted), Óscar G. points out that:
"Kurowsky state he was awarded with the KC on January 20, 1945 as commmander of 5./FJR12 of 4FJD? Besides, after that - got in Italy - he saw action in Lower Rhine area... I mean, he won it 5 months before the war was ended. What´s the reason of this non-documented mistery?"
As Óscar says: a mistery.
Who knows, maybe he did really won the RK but at the end of the war the records were burned or lost.
Regards.

If the date (20th jan 1945) is right I don't believe nobody knows about his RK! It's almost 5 months before the end of the war. I can belive the documents were burned in April or May of 1945 when Russian sieged Berlin, but in January... Don't think so.
Do you want to know the date of bestowal of RK for another FSJs? Or you know 'em all for now?
Maybe I could help with the dates.
Regards,

More info from http://www.wehrmacht-awards.com:
According to Dick Pumphrey (forum member):
I can not explain why this gentleman is not listed in Walther-Peer Fellgiebel's book but is listed in Gerhard von Seemen's book. The listing is as follows:
Willi Kroymanns 21. 1. 45
Oblt.,Fhr. 5./Fsch.Jäg.Rgt. 12
im BA nicht nachweisbar;
Quelle:Böhmler, Fallschirmjäger-
Bilband u. Chronik 1. Aufl.
I know that there must have been many distractions in the German military at the end of the war. Also, I am aware that many late awards were not recorded. But, Herr Kroymann was listed among the membership of the OdR. Could it be that his award was somehow verified thru them?
Nobody answer his last question.
There's another forum member that says that Kroymanns is not a RK winner but there is a pic posted by Óscar G. of Kroymanns where you can see his RK. It doesn't seem to be a fake or a painted RK. Here's the pic:
