Nice picture Ingo!

But wait, if the last guy was Höhne, which I agree, then the general between Paul Laux and Bruno Karl must be Karl Adolf Hollidt. Accordingly:

28/08/43, FHQ
Heer Ceremony
From left to right :
- Gen. d. Inf. Hans von Obstfelder (251. EL)
- Gen. d. Inf. Paul Laux (237. EL)
- Gen. Karl Adolf Hollidt (239. EL)
- Major Bruno Kahl (270. EL)
- Major Karl Langesee (211. EL)
- Gen Gustav Hoehne (238 EL)

cheers

Freiherr

Hello

I don't think so Freiherr. There are both a Höhne and a Hoehne in this ceremony :
- Gen.Lt. Gustav Hoehne (238. EL) is located just after Laux
- Major Friedrich Höhne (253. EL) is located just after Langesee.

Best regards
Denis

Hello Denis,

yes, you´ve right, the man after Karl Langesee is Friedrich Höhne, not Gustav Höhne, I confused the names.

I looked at some pictures and must correct my post, the 3rd men from left is realy not Walter Hörnlein, thanks to Freiherr, but I dont think that is Karl Hollidt. I would also say it is Gustav Höhne.

Hello Tolga
Very nice pictures. This is the first time I see them.
I haven't my book with me at the tiem I am writing but the wounded RKT make me think to a soldier who is depicted in Bender's History of the Panzertruppe (in the Uniform section, if my memory serves me correctly). I will have a look in it this evening and keep you informed about that unless another member can give a name before.
Difficult to say if this is an award ceremony or not. Would you have any other pictures ? Where do they come from ?
Thanks for sharing.
Denis

Hello
The RKT with the Feldgrau wrapper should be Hermann Kunz.
Are you sure this is AH ?

Hello, Denis.

Yes it's AH , He was reviewing new weaponry ( "Hetzer" tank killer)
Date 20 July 1944, location Klessheim area.

I don't know why these guys was there.
If the RK is Hermann Kunz, What's his award date?
Maybe Hitler awarded these soldiers in the same occasion.

Regards.
