My guess would be that it was taken at the Berghof for an Oak leaves presentation. My reasons are:
The floor resembles tiles that were similiar to those at the Berghof and the curtain in the background resembles the one used by Hitler's color photogrpaher Walter Frent when he took portrait photos of the KC recipients. As far as a date is concerned -- thats for someone else to discover.

Great work, Herbert, I am very impressed.
First of all, would all of these be related?
http://forum.axishistory.com/viewtopic. ... hsenheimer
http://www.wehrmacht-awards.com/forums/ ... p?p=474410
a visit to the Reichsjugendführung, simply because of so many overlaps?
The owner of the pic in the second thread said the picture was released on 04.11.42. Taking all of Herbert's suggestion, Gerhard Möws was the last awarded the RK: 01.11.42 of thise present in Pic 1 .......maybe that's why he was sitting in the middle?
(1) Does anyone have a better pic of Möws that he could share?
(2) Does anyone have any pic of Friedrich Wilhelm Proske that he could share?
(3) The only unidentified person in the first pic was now standing in the following order in the second pic: Klappich, A, B, Kylling-Schmidt. Was he A or B?
(4) Herbert, which Schulze were you referring to? The two high ranking ones were Werner and Paul. It looked more like Paul but Paul belonged to the PzTr and he had a InfStAbz. Werner on the other hand had a moustache and was fatter than that.
Cheers

I am re-posting Herbert's picture:
Following his impressive identification, we have:
1=Karl Langesee
2=Otto Schulze
3=Erich Loeffler
4=Gerhard Moews
5=Hans Becker
6=Wilhelm Spindler
7=Peter Kiesgen
8=Hans Gottard Pestke
9=?
10=Max Sachsenheimer
11=Guenther Klappich
12=Wilhelm Huemmerich
13=Friedrich Wilhelm Proske
14=Ekkehard Kyllung-Schmidt
15=Harald von Hirschfeld
16=Guenther Hilt
17=Richard Gruenert
18=Klaus Hilgemann
The caption from the pic from Ullstein said it was propaganda on 27 Infanterie RKT, dated most likely to before the end of 1942. Can anyone identify the remaining few?
Cheers

Now that a better pic of "bigpic1" has come in on ebay:
I think the third from left is Pestke and not the second from left. So keeping "8" for Pestke, we have
Anyone knows who "9" was? Herbert where are you?
In the Goebbels pic, I now think between Sachsenheimer and Proske in the front is Spindler, partly confirmed by the positioning of his awards.
Cheers
