Generalleutnant Dr. rer. Dr. jur. HANS BOELSEN (III Klasse, II Stufe: 10.12.1941)
According to my knowledge, in Engelmann, J., Die 18. Infanterie- und Panzergrenadier-Division 1934-1945, Nebel Verlag GmbH, Eggolsheim, Deutschland, 2004 is stated he received the III Klasse, I Stufe

Anyone clarify this?
