I would like to contribute to this thread with a picture from an old issue of "Der Spiegel" magazine that I found among a pile of papers.
It shows Generalleutnant Otto LANCELLE with two SA officers. I believe the one on the left survived the Night of the Long Knives on June 1934.
Please excuse the poor quality of the picture, mainly due to my "scanning skills" than to the picture itself.
