This picture shows Friedrich Lang after his 1.000th enemy flight. I´m not sure, who is the person left who congratulates him. I think it is his Gruppenkommandeur Bruno Dilley. Could anybody confirm this? Or if this not Dilley who could it be? Thanks.

I think your man is Oberstleutnant Gustav Preßler, Kommodore Stuka-Geschwader 1.
Lang, Kommandeur III. / St.G. 1, had his 1.000th flight on 07.03.1944 (from Orscha to SO Witebsk)

Georg Brütting's Das waren die deutschen Stuka-Asse 1939-1945 has a full, up-close, frontal shot of Gustav Preßler on page 202 that was taken in April 1944 and he looks very much like the fellow in the photo with Lang.
