the correct name is Friedrich-Jobst Volckamer von Kirchsittenbach.

Actually it is Kirchensittenbach, like the town.
He wrote a couple of books, where you can find out more:
1. Leiden sind Lehren. Friedrich Jobst Volckamer von Kirchensittenbach, General der Gebirgstruppe, in Erinnerung an seine Rückkehr aus russischer Kriegsgefangenschaft im Oktober 1955 von Wolfgang Vogelsgesang, Friedrich J Volckamer von Kirchensittenbach (1980).

General der Gebirgstruppe Friedrich-Jobst Volckamer von Kirchensittenbach died in München on 03.04.1989. His last command in 1945 was that of Kommandeur of 16. Armee.

Volckamer was promoted GL mit RDA vom 01.09.1943 (9a). Does anybody know when this actually happened?

His Karteikarte gives his full name as:

Volckamer v. Kirchensittenbach
Friedrich Jobst Guido Otto

So he apparently never had a Doppelname.

Hello Thierry.

I don't know with certainty which decoration is, but I believe that it's the same ribbon that appears on last position on Jodl's ribbon bar. From my point of view, and according to Volckamer's war service and the plain color of the ribbon, it could be the Finnish Order of the White Rose. Maybe Commander Cross.
