What was the German tank combat strength on eastern front including Finalnd. What was the number of tanks in all other locations. What was the number of each tank model(Panther, Tiger etc.) in those two categories. I am looking for that information on the folllowing dates: 01.11.1942, 01.07.1943, 01.08.1943.

Tanks and assault guns as of 30.06.1943 (From "Das Heer" by Müller-Hillebrand):
East - 2825 tanks/997 assault guns
Finland - 0/20
Norway - 106/14
West - 458/113
South-East - 133/56
Italy - 361/222
Total 3883 tanks and 1422 assault guns. Which includes vehicles in repair and in transfer. Also captured foreign tanks not included in the numbers above:
East - 126 (mostly Soviet)
Finland - 49 (French)
Norway - 85 (French)
West - 400 (French)
South-East - 162 (French and British)
Total 822
I don't think that much change happened in a month.

Thank you. What about 01.11.1942 and numbers of each model.
November 1942 (this is Bestand aka total stock):
Panzer I: 692
Panzer II: 1,006
Pz 38(t): 334
Panzer III: 2,767 (all types from 3,7 to 50mm L24 and L60)
Panzer IV: 901 (again all types)
Panzer VI: 16
966 Assault guns of type III
9 Sturmhaubitze 42.
and 257 various other vehicles.

Operational readiness of tanks varied, with peak rates of 89% to average lows of 35-44%.

How was that divided between eastern front and all other places?

There were about 2,700 tanks (operational + repair) on the EF with the majority of SPGs, probably around 3,500 vehicles in total (without various other types). The PzI and 35 to 38 (Panzer IIs as well, but some remained in service as command and recon tanks) stock was withdrawn and used for training purposes and rear services.

Can someone give a similar table for 01.07.1943 for 1)eastern front, 2) all other fronts?

According to Panzerlage 11 July 1943, which was compiled using the most recent available strength returns from units (typically 30 June, but sometimes 10 or 20 June)

East 2584
Norway 95
West 171
Suedost (Greece, Krete and Rhodos) 106
Sued (Italy) 291

This includes tanks from II to VI, Pz.Bef. and Pz.Beob. Not included are training units and tanks in depot-level repair (there should be many of them in the East)

Stiltzkin, what's the source.
Oh sorry, it is a combo of Hillebrand and some BA-MA docs. Look up NARA T78 R145, R621 and R624.

Panzer-Lage Ost (Nach Gen.Qu.), BA-MA RH 10/61 and StuG-Lage Ost (Nach Gen.Qu.), BA-MA RH 10/62
The data usually refers to the end of the month, so I will add the previous month, as well.
1943: East

Panzer II :
June 116
July 99

Panzer 38(t)
June 13
July 13

Panzer III total
June 894
July 766

Panzer III 5cm L42
June 142
July 116

Panzer III 5cm L60

June 538
July 488

Panzer III 7.5cm L24 gun

June 173
July 124

Flamm Pz. III
June 41
July 38

Panzer IV 7.5cm L24 gun
June 46
July 45

Panzer IV 7.5cm L43 + L48
June 862
July 665

Panzer V
June 204
July 134

Panzer VI
June 147
July 175

Assault guns, StuG III
June 916
July 885

StuH 42
June 68
July 67

Sturm Panzer IV

June 52
July 44

BfPanzer(Befehls/Command)
June 106
July 114

Ferdinand/Elefant
June 89
July 50

So about 3,500 AFVs were in the East in July.

Can you give the same table for other fronts? I'm esppecially interested in Panthers and Tigers.
