SS-GB TV Mini Series - SS Standartenführer Dr. Huth
In the British TV Mini Series "SS-GB" a German SS-Standartenführer Dr. Oskar Huth (Lars Eidinger) plays one of the major role. Despite the fact that he is wearing his "Iron Cross" wrong, I have one question: according to the series he belongs to "Kommando Reichsführer SS" (RFSS), therfore he is wearing a sleeve-band "RFSS" which seems to be correct. But on his shoulder it shows the "SS-Standartenführer" Rank, but it seems that there is a sign between the two golden stars (see attached picture from a SS-Standartenführer from medical corps). Does somebody know if there is a "RFSS" sign for the shoulder-strap?

I am not familiar with this show however The cuff title he is wearing isn't correct anyway. The style shown wasn't worn during the period this fictional show takes place. Per it's blurb - set in a 1941 alternative timeline in which the United Kingdom is occupied by Nazi Germany, during the Second World War.
1st Pattern RFSS worn between 1934-1939
2nd Pattern worn between 1939-1945
I'm not aware of any Auflage(Ciphers) for the shoulder boards of RFSS staff. The key denoting factor was the cuff title which obviously was only worn by staff of Reichsführer-SS.
Here is a better image showing your boards as worn on this mini-series complete with incorrect Iron Cross 1st Class pinned to the collar rather than a Knights Cross which would be correct.
