I am looking for any help with pictures and photos of this and related units - troops, vehicles anything!! Anyone wih any recommendations please could they let me know..?? Contact via post or email would be appreciated. I don't seem to be able to find too much detail out there about them. Is there a book available..?

"Forgotten Legions: Obscure Combat Formations of the Waffen-SS" by Antonio J. Munoz includes a chapter on that unit.

Hi Stammfuhrer

Sorry for such a late responce but I've noticed your post as you were complaining about nobody responding you.
If you look at the Reference material section, you'll find a thread Books from Rolf Michaelis. In this thread there is some information about Karstjaeger and also two books that describe actions of the unit.
For further info you should really turn to Octavianus.
