Do any of you guys have the 10th SS (or 9th) material from BAMA ? While I dont have the index in front of me, I seem to recall those RS- files had some potential.

Tom,
I only have RS3-9-5 which is more about the 9th SS-Pz Div around this time and doesnt mention 10th SS Pz Division at all. This is the only file I have got. Would be interested in seeing the references you are talking about.
Cheers

Peter,
I found in my archives tonight a list of Frundsberg officers and men that won the EKI for actions in Arnhem. Listed 4th from the top is SS-Hstuf Hans Lohr, I./SS-Pz.Gren Regt 21.....so i think this is your man to command the I battalion during the battle of Arnhem.
Cheers
Scott

For RS3-9, I flagged -5, -6, -7, and possibly -28, and -29 as useful for the time period.
For RS3-10, I flagged -4, -13, -33 as possibly useful.
What about Vosperal ? Many of those files are now open.

Radevich,
I was aware of Sattler's alternative dates in SS-Totenkopf-Infanterie-Ersatz-Bataillon II. Actually there are at least 3 alternative dates:
1. 01 Jun 1939 - 18 Dec 1940
2. 08 Jan 1940 - 18 Dec 1940
3. ?? Mar 1940 - ?? Jul 1941
The easiest way to find out the right dates would be to know whom did he succeed and who succeeded him. Do you have that information? Yesterday I was able to find some more information about Sattler but this is a bit off topic because this Sattler is not the Sattler we are supposed to study in this thread.

Hello Pena,
My info says he was from half april '44 instead of may '44 at the SS Artillerie Schule Beneschau.
