900th Lehr (mot) Brigade was formed on 17 June 1941 through the Döberitz Infantry School. It contained:
I/,II/900th (mot) Infantry Regiment
900th Panzerjäger Battalion (3 companies)
900th Artillery Battalion (4 batteries)
900th Pionees Battalion (3 companies)
900th Signals Battalion
900th Support Units
The brigade fought with the Ninth Army during the invasion of Russia and is known to have been with it from June through December 1941. On 7 April 1942 the brigade was disbanded. The staff returned to the school and the troops were sent to newly forming schools.

Just reading on in Tessin and there he lists that the 900th was still under 3rd Panzerarmee control in Jan'43 before moving back to 9th army between Feb-May'43. He is contrdicting himself because he states earlier that the Brigade was disbanded back in April'42. All the sub units of the Brigade as listed under Tessin are all mentioned as having being disbanded in April'42.
Is this a typo error or was there a second 900th Lehr Brigade?
