Fall of Kholm and Staraïa Russa, August 6th, 1941

Hello,

Could anyone tell me what was the German divisions that took these two cities on August 6th, 1941?
I found that the former (Kholm) was taken by 16. Armee's II. Armeekorps, and the latter (Staraïa Russa) by 16. Armee's X. Armeekorps. But impossible to find what were the divisions involved in their fall in German hands.

Please correct me if I didn't understand well:
- Cholm was taken by a coordinate action from 32. and 123. Infanterie Divisionen (II. Armeekorps, 16. Armee) on August 3rd, 1941. 32. Infanterie Division reached the northern outskirts of this town on August 2nd, 1941 evening;
- Staraïa Russa was taken by 126. Infanterie Division (X. Armeekorps, 16. Armee) on August 7th, 1941, but its first attacks were led on August 6th as of 1825.
