Composition of Kampfgruppe Dax, France, November 1942?

I am trying to find out the composition of Kampfgruppe Dax during the occupation of Vichy France in November 1942. It operated on the right flank of 7th Panzer Division in its drive from the Atlantic to Mediterranean coast.

So far I have found out that the core of it was probably contributed by 715 Infantry Division under a Colonel Oehler, that it included some customs and/or border personnel and may have been carried in Kriegsmarine vehicles.

Does anyone have anything a bit more precise?

Many thanks,

Sid.
