Gentlemen,
There were heavy fighting going on in the city of Posen in 1945. Only a few German assault guns and tanks were in that fighting. Among them was one Tiger I. It went from one trouble spot to another until it was disabled and couldn't move. The questions are what were the names of its crew? How many Soviet tanks did it destroyed during the fighting?
Sincerely,
Edward L. Hsiao

According to author Maciej Karalus, who corresponded with the Tiger's gunner in 2001:
Commander - Oberfeldwebel Fritz Sander (later Siegert)
Gunner - Obergefreiter Richard Siegert
Driver - Unteroffizier Fred Heckmann
Loader - Kurt Algner (later Everoth)
Radio-operator/MG gunner - Kirrmeier
Siegert became a commander after Sander was wounded temporarily commanding another tank.
Karalus book: Panzers in the Defence of Festung Posen 1945.
Richard Siegert book: https://www.amazon.com.au/Tygrys-z-Pozn ... 580&sr=1-4
According to Siegert, Tiger disabled/destroyed 16 Soviet tanks and self-propelled guns.
