Heer - Feuerwerker

I am looking for more details about this type of soldier - what other sources besides Wikipedia is available?
In the German Wehrmacht, Feuerwerkers of various ranks in the army were deployed mainly in staffs of artillery, infantry and cavalry regiments, as well as in the organization and operation of ammunition supply and replenishment of the fighting troops. Commander of a munitions depot was usually at least one supreme fireman or fireworks officer. - Wikipedia

1. What were the main responsibilities for a Feuerwerker?
2. Where were the training facilities for this profession?
3. What did their training consist of?
4. Were personnel like this moved between different Battalions within a Division for different campaigns?

Fireworksmen wore a uniform patch of fabric on their right forearm in their Wehrmacht uniform with an " F " embroidered in Fraktur

The British equivalent is the Ammunition Technician/ Technical Officer qualification within what was in WW2 the Royal Ordnance Corps. Modern Ammunition technicians complete a similar long course. - but with a bit more practical blowing things up.

Which of these two Waffenfarbe would be the most correct version to wear for an Oberfeldwebel Feuerwerker?

Should it have the ordnance device or not?
