How many ℛℳ did it cost to raise new German formations?

Did the Germans have information showing how many Reichsmarks were needed to equip and train each of these units?

Infantry -
1. Battalion
2. Regiment
3. Division

Artillery -
1. Battalion
2. Regiment

Panzer -
1. Battalion
2. Regiment
3. Division
