Hi,

Does anyone know anything about this unit? I want to know what self propelled gun it operated as I am considering at a Wehrpass of a Pakschütze in this Kompanie. (I dont know if this kompanie was part of a battalion or if sfl units ever operated in kompanies alone?). He joined it in july 1944 and was killed in august in poland.

According to Tessin, this was originally Stu.G.-Abt.1132 of Pz.Jäg.Abt. 132/132. Inf.Div. Have to do a bit more digging on the type of AFV it was equipped with!

Cheers

According to a poor quality (legible) the StuG/Panzer lage for the 30th Dec'44/15th Jan'45, the unit recorded 7 StuG IV L48, 3 in repair, 5 in process of delivery (as at 15th Jan'45). The 132nd was part of Heeresgruppe 'Kurland' at the time.

Cheers
