Where was Blase's Tiger during Wittmann's final battle?

There were reportedly 8 Tigers available, but all the accounts of the counterattack led by Wittman seem to describe the activities of 7 Tigers: Wittmann, Dollinger, Höflinger, Heurich, Iriohn, Rolf von Westernhagen, and Kisters. I recall reading somewhere that Blase's Tiger was actually taken over by one of those seven (vaguely remember reading it was Wittmann). Whatever the case, what happened and where was the supposed 8th Tiger that was available?

And another related question: So von Westernhagen and Heurich definitely survived with their Tigers. Höflinger's Tiger got knocked out but survived with some of his crew (IIRC the driver and one other crew didn't get out; the other two got out along with Höflinger, but no definite word if they survived the retreat with Höflinger.) But what about the crews of Dollinger, Iriohn, and Kisters? Any survivor(s)?
