Divisions-Führer-Lehrgänge (Info Needed)

#1

Hi all,

I need details on what a typical Divisions-Führer-Lehrgang would look like. As far as I could gather from other threads (e.g. viewtopic.php?f=5&t=259385&hilit=Divisi ... +Lehrgänge) they took place between early 1942 and spring of 1945 in Hirschberg/Schlesien and usually lasted between three and four weeks. So, what exactly was taught in these courses and who did the teaching? Would the course entail a detailed medical checkup?

Since I need this info for an article I am working on, please provide the source(s) you used. Thanks in advance,

Gaius
