Who was Company Chief of the German 256th Pioneer Regiment in 1940?

I am looking for the name on this document of the Hauptmann and Kp. chief.
Does anyone have an idea? All help greatly appreciated.

The unit was: 1.Kompanie, Pionier-Bataillon 256, from 256.Infanterie-Division.

Signature looks like Blum ann to me.

There is German surname like Blumann. Not sure about the gap in signature.
I might be reading it incorrectly anyway.

I have several documents about 256.ID. Unfortunately they only mention Pi.Btl. 256 commander - Hauptmann Hans Franzke.
No company commanders or their chiefs.
