Tank Destroyer/SPG identification?

In service with the 21st Pz Div, which used a lot of converted French AFVs. I’m aware of the Hotchkiss conversions with the 10.5cm and 7.5cm gun designated the Hotchkiss 105mm le.FH 18 (Sf.) auf Geschutzwagen 39H(f) and Geschutzpanzer 39H(f) 7.5cm PaK 40 Hotchkiss (Marder I) .

But this is obviously not a Hotckiss chassis.

I would guess it’s some kind of Souma 35 conversion.

Happy to be of assistance.

Looked it up in my ancient (1969) copy of F. M. von Senger und Etterlin's German Tanks of World War II.
Bought it in 1974 for $3.98!
