Heer "Versuchsregiment", info needed

Hello everyone,
I would like to know if you can help me find information about the 'Versuchsregiment', a unit belonging to the Heer, which deployed a company in Dieppe that was involved in the fighting during the Allied Raid in 1942, under command of the Kriegsmarine.
The Feldpostnummer should be 43010
(1.10.1940-27.2.1941) Regimentsstab Versuchs-Regiment ,

Well...it´s not a Heer unit, but in France stationed some units of Luftnachrichten Versuchs Regiment.
