Is it known the name of the Oberstleutnant responsible for Wehrbezirkskommando Hanau in May-June 1941?

Thanks, so the rank stamp was referred to the Kdr (Oberstleutnant) but signature was from another officer serving there .

I didn’t notice I.A.

Otl. too refers to this officer (Frhr. v. Beschwitz) who was Otl. and serving in this WBK.(but he was not Kdt. d. WBK.)

This is the signature of Luftwaffe Oberstleutnant z.D. Werner Freiherr von Beschwitz (1884-1972).
