Hello!
Can someone give me an advice: what NARA rolls do I have to look for, to find this aerial photograph?
The photograph is from the "1st Panzer Army" (Pz. AOK 1 - "Stabsbildabteilung"), which was deployed for defense at Izium in 1943 (along the Donez). But I downloaded all available NARA rolls (like T313 R5x) for this Army without finding this or any other aerial photographs.
Thank you for tips!
p.s. The file name says "047", so it seems to be frame 47 on the unknown NARA roll.
Where is this Aerial Photograph from (Izium, 1943)?

This is not my speciality, but if I recall correctly, aerial photos like this wont be in the field command rolls, like T313. They were separate. These are at NARA. I think John Calvin's site (ww2 maps-photos or something like that) has a lot of these online.

Yes, I know the aerial photos on John Calvin's FTP site (if you mean the respective folder there). But it just has some general aerial photo collections it seems. What I am looking for are very specific aerial photos: from July 1943 and the Izium area ("1st Panzer Army"/Pz. AOK 1). Thought there are maybe some Nara rolls that have these; but it seems not...

Unfortunately, I dont know how those are organized at NARA. They have a bunch, I have seen John copying them at one time.
