Wermacht unit identification

Post by Abrams25 » 12 Sep 2023 09:59

Hello,
I stumbled across a photo that shows a Wermacht unit.
Picture is taken 1941 in south Baranya , today Croatia.
Butt from that direction, only Hungarian units where attacking.

Hello, Abrams25, and :welcome:

The photos show the 11th Armoured Division leaving Yugoslavia in late April 1941, after the invasion.

Always remember to credit the photo sources, as the forum rules require. In this case, the source is Fortepan.

Cheers,
Ivan
