Re: 97.Armeekorps is Pz Abt 212 ?
According to Tessin's work, Panzer-Abt 212 took losses in the area of Belgrade in October 1944. In December 1944, the remnants of the unit and those of Panzer-Abt Rhodos were combined as a rebuilt Panzer-Abt 212 vicinity Gorizia. The rebuilt unit had three assault gun companies. No mention of 97. AK in conjunction with this unit.
The 97. AK z. b. v. was formed on 28 September 1944 by renaming the "Adriatic Coastal Operations Area Command" (Befehlshabers Operationszone Adriatisches Küstenland) Source for that is again Tessin's work.
Cheers

Hello, this book deals with Panzer-Abteilung 212 in the OZAK: http://www.panzer-ozak.it/pzabt208_en.htm
(the book is mainly about PzAbt 208, but an appendix is about PzAbt 212 which took over the tanks left behind by PzAbt 208 when it left the OZAK in December 1944)
