Meaning of entry in soldiers pay records

This is an extract from a soldiers pay records, he was an Estonian grenadier and he may have gone missing in Sept 1944 in the battles in Estonia, I believe that this is indicating that his pay had stopped but his family would now receive a support payment ? I am unfamiliar with the terms surrounding pay and benefits.
