I SS Panzer Corps in June 1944

In the beginning of June, after the invasion, I SS Paner Corps was composed of the 12th SS Panzer Division, 21st Panzer Division and Panzer Lehr Division.

On the 12th of June sSSPzAbt 101 joined I SS Panzer Corps. In late June and early July, 1st SS Panzer Division joined I SS Panzer Corps. Also at around the same time, 21st Panzer Division was switched to LXXXVI Corps and Panzer Lehr was switched to XLVII Panzer Corps with 2nd Panzer Division.

I hope this helps!

I was just wondering, was my answer what you were looking for? Or by size, did you mean the strength in numbers of the Corps assets, i.e. Artillery etc. ?

I can look for that, as well, if you wish. I think there is info in a book that I have.

Cheers dude,

Wolfkin
