Batallions in the city of Kharkov / Ukraine / were formed. The staff of batallions has collected from rear services: « from working teams, the cook, butchers, the baker, etc. ».
1. Battle structure of a modular batallion "Kharkov - 1" - four companies an aggregate number 600 person.
From Kharkov the batallion was thrown on motor vehicles. To the bottom Chir has arrived to region Golovsky (4 kms to the south from Surovikino) on November, 29, 1942.
Surname and ranks of the commander of a batallion - are not specified.
2. Battle structure of a modular batallion "Kharkov - 2" - two companies (5-n a and 6-n a companys) an aggregate number 330 person. The batallion was thrown from Kharkov in Morozovskij by an echelon. The batallion has arrived in Morozovskij on November, 30, 1942.

On December, 5, 1942 the group in rear of the opponent operated group of Russian scouts of structure of 8-th separate motorcycle regiment (the regiment commander lieutenant colonel Belik). Scouts operated in region of settlements CHuvilevskijs, Staro-Derbenovskij and Novo-Derbenovskij. They have attacked the German staff automobile. During the arisen firing Germans taking place in the automobile have been killed: the officer and the soldier the driver.
At the killed German major Russian scouts have found out a portofolio with documents.
From these documents follows, that supply bases from which came true supply of battle groups " SCHMIDT ", "WAIKE", "SELLE" and "SCHTUMPFELD", placed in settlement Morozovsky and CHernyshkovskij.
Supply of battle group " SCHMIDT " was carried out with a column of supply of 525-th batallion.
The main item of supply of battle group " SCHMIDT " placed to Novo-Derbenovskij (New-Derbenovskij).
Russian have learned from the document found in a portofolio of the killed German major, that on December, 2, 1942:
