Panzerlehr had the Kampfgruppen von Fallois, 901 and 902.
Kampfgruppes 901 and 902 were respectively called Kampfgruppe Hauser ( Pz Gren Regt 901) and KG Poschinger (Pz Gren Regt 902)'. KG Fallois was based around the Panzer-Aufklarungs-Lehr 130.

Kampfgruppe Bohm (based around Panzer-Aufklarungs Abteilung 2, reinforced with a few Panther tanks from Panzer Regiment 3) reached the high-water mark of Wacht am Rhein near Foy-Notre-Dame at dawn on 24 December 1944.
Kampfgruppe Cochenhausen was composed of Panzergrenadier Regiment 304 minus its 1st Battalion, the 1st Battalion of Panzer Regiment 3 minus one company of Panthers (the one which was given to reinforce Kampfgruppe Bohm), 1st Self-Propelled Battalion of Panzer Artillery Regiment 74, and Panzer Pionier Battalion 38 minus one company. The total strenght of this Kampfgruppe was around 3000 men, 32 Panthers, 10 Wespe and 6 Hummels.

Kampfgruppe Holtmayer was formed in the night of 25/26 December by Von Lauchert from remaining elememts of 2. Panzer Division (I suppose the elements that weren't in KG Bohm or KG Cochenhausen).
