Here's an interesting group of photos from http://www.cegesoma.be
They have over 70 photos of "Prinz Eugen" Division (as far as I know),
but unfortunately the unit is not credited there.
The making of "Prinz-Eugen-Harpoon" - for catching eels.
The offered date of photos is 04.10.1943,
but I must add that their dates are often incorrect.
However, this one is probably fine,
which means that photos were taken in Croatia.

Sorry about the quality but it says."in 1942 specialist personnel known as "Fachführer" were introduced for the Waffen SS to correspond to the "Sonnderführer of the army. They were distinguished by a special red and light grey waffenfarbe which comprised a twisted cord around the shoulder strap with two red to every six grey twists and special diamond-shaped sleeve badges. The sonderführer of the army wore circular badges on the lower right arm, the Fachführer of the SS wore their diamond on the left sleeve just above the cuff title. It is likely that they had plain black right collar patches. There were some instances (from pictorial evidence) that Army pattern Sonderführer badges were worn on occasion, prbably due to shortage of Waffen-SS badges. The diamond sleeve badges are illustrated:
