I would suspect that those men are not African or Indian but regular worn out Caucasian with dirt and grime on their faces
Their faces are also in shadows as well.

Judging by the ill-fitting Fliegerbluse a not officially recruited ex-French Colonial trooper. Photo from exp. eBay.de auction http://www.ebay.de/sch/i.html?_from=R40 ... 942&_rdc=1

In LVF (Legion des Volontaires Français contre le bolchevisme) there were almost a dozen of black people from Antilla (Guadeloupe, Martinique, and so on). A few died before Moscow. These guys wore the german uniform of the Heer with the french cushion on the right arm.
They were considered like the other French people, instead one of them who wanted to enter the SS Charlemagne but could not be able to do it because racial laws. He went first to a camp and after, because he stayed from 1941 to 1944, worked in factory.

After the war, he went to jail and after worked as a docker at the harbour of Bordeaux (France) and died in 1968. His name was Norbert Desiree.
A photo of him in german uniform has been published in "Sur les pistes de la Russie centrale" (On ways of central Russland) by Eric Lefevre and Jean Mabire, on page 117.
There is a photo of an other one in "Les Français sous le casque allemand" (French people under german helmet) by Pierre-Philippe Lambert and Gerard Le Marec, page 24. His name is unknown.

I hope this little informations will be useful for all of you.

Norbert Désirée's case is famous.
Funniest thing is that while being a docker in Bordeaux after the war he was known for being a very quiet guy, and if i remember well he was even part of the CGT (the communist union).
A photo of him : http://www.une-autre-histoire.org/norbe ... ographie2/

An other case is Ewan Ngando who enlisted in 1940 in the Wehrmacht. Photo of him there : http://ekilafrica.com/news_print.asp?pc ... cleid=2300

This photo was taken in August 1942. Members of the French Legion (LVF) return from the Eastern front, in the middle you can see a Black member.

Regarding the presence of black volunteers in the "Blue Division", the matter, including the origin of the pictures posted in the previous post, is discussed in this thread of a Spanish forum:
http://memoriablau.es/viewtopic.php?f=2 ... ilit=color
and it seems that is not clear that he was a member of the "Blue Division".
On the other hand, it seems that some black volunteers did serve in the division, though apparently they were soon rejected by the Germans on racial grounds:
http://memoriablau.es/viewtopic.php?t=7789&p=52659
