I suppose you know it, but take a look at Eirik Veum's book "De som Falt", about the Norwegian volunteers. It has got a bit of history in general, and small bios of a lot of the men.

For example Rolf Harry Jansen, saying;
27 år, Horten
SS-Untersturmführer i 5. SS-division Wiking, 23. SS-panzergrenadierregiment Norge, 1. kompagni. Født 01.11.1917, døde 09.05.1945 på et feltlasarett i Hallein, Østerrike. Gravlagt på krigskirkegården Soldatenfriedhof Hallein, Østerrike.
Besides the text there is a picture of him.

Of the men you mention, these are in the book;
SS-Ustuf. Rolf Harry Jansen (Wiking) (Died Austria 9th May 1945)
SS-Ustuf. Eirik Mytting (Norge, Nordland)
SS-Ustuf. Emil Bruun Evers (Norge, Nordland) (KIA Narva 7th April 1944)

Along with a lot of other Norwegian volunteers.
