Hi VJK
For Karlis Ziverts (1888 - 1970) - who serve at the general inspection. Did he was Ostubaf ?
As it's the first time I heard speaking of him, do you have more infos and, perhaps, a photo of him.
For latvian officers "repatriated" to Germany and serving in Wehrmacht, I suppose because they were batic germans.
Am I right?
Thanks
Phil.

For VJK
On a latvian military site (lacpleisis) I have found a certain L.k.o.k. A. Kleinbergs who was commander of the
Army Post Batalion. I was thinking he was "our" Alberts Kleinbergs but perhaps I was wrong.
I'm searching info and a photo of Ostubaf Voldemārs SAULĪTE who was, I think' commander of the pionnier bataillon 19.
Regards
Phil.

Have you info on latvian military chaplains
Jūlijs STRAUME (division 15, lutheran)
Verners VOITKUS (division 19 lutheran)
Kazimirs RUČS (roman catholic for the 2 divisions)
I think they were assimilated to officers (surely Stubaf like in other foreign units like walloon, french, ukrainian and bosnian).
Did they were military chaplain into latvian army before the war ?
Regards
Phil.
