Bought a book this morning called Renegades - Hitler's Englishmen by Adrian Weale and within it there are a number of mentions of other books on the same topic. They're both old and obviously out of print, but I've found a site that's got both of them for sale. I am wondering if anyone can recommend or ward me off them if they're crap. They are

Lord Haw-Haw and William Joyce by J.A. Cole

"The Meaning Of Treason" by Rebecca West is actually still inprint as a paperback.
