Hello
I am looking for any information about my grand father Auguste ALBIETZ who
was first incorporated in the LVF and later apparently in Waffen SS.
What is the best source of information to trace his journey during WW II?
Thank you.

Hello,
you should read :
"La Légion perdue : Face aux partisans (1942)" written by Éric Lefèvre and Jean Mabire or "Waffen-SS Français volume 2" from Grégory Bouysse.
I hope it will help

Auguste ALBIETZ
