Who was the highest ranking Latvian born person in the 2 Latvian divisions or for that matter overall in other units during the war

Hi,

The highest ranking Latvian was the Inspector General of the Latvian Legion, Waffen-Gruppenführer und Generalleutnant der Waffen-SS Rudolfs Bangerskis.
