By the armband of the men on the right and the outdated equipment i thought that they are foreign volunteers but i'm not that sure.

You can see on the armband: Deutsche Wehrmacht and German eagle on the helmet, so why do you think they were foreign volunteers?

Armband "Deutsche Wehrmacht" very often was distributed to RAD units that were mobilised as Heer units during military campaigns. They were equipped in old types of uniforms and weapons.
