Nice picture of Pavlo Shandruk (28 February 1889 – 15 February 1979), a general in the army of the Ukrainian National Republic, a colonel of the Polish Army, and a prominent general of the Ukrainian National Army, a military force that fought against the Soviets under German command at the close of World War II.

Great pic, note the newly introduced UNA collar tabs. Shandruk is also wearing a Petliura Cross. Of interesting note that after the war he was awarded one of the highest Polish awards - the cross of Virtuti Militari for commanding a Polish unit during the German invasion of 1939.
