Great photos, Ivan, here are two photos from Husar magazine, taken on mountain Lelija, during Sutjeska operation, unfortunately in low quality, and one also from S. Kvesić book
"Dalmacija u NOR":

Here's photo of another Croatian Division - 373. Infanterie-Division "Tiger"
in a place called Kiseljak, 19.VI 1943.

Does anyone have a photo showing members of 3rd Croatian Division - 392.Inf.Div."Blaue Division"?

Ivane,

odakle ih vadish vishe? ;) Anymore of them?
I'm also interested in the pics from the 392. I got the feeling it's kind of "ghost division"-no pics, couldn't find anything on it's average strength or details on it's actions. I read on the forum that 7.SS diary was lost at the end of the war-anyone knows what happened to the diaries of croatian divisions?

Cheers,

Gaius

Btw, I went to the library the other day to rent this book again and
- it was stollen. Just like the one I've asked you about (by Latas & Dželebdžić).

From “Hrvatska u NOB” monography:
Soldiers of 369 ID during operation Weiss, 1943.

Interesting picture of two partisans from Žumberačko Pokupski Detachment, notice that one on the left has Croatian armshield on right sleeve, so he could be deserter from Croatian Legion,Vukomerička Gorica, summer 1943.

Good photos!

Can anyone let me know the type of uniform the 369th and subsequent Croatian formations wore on the Eastern Front?

I am lookin at purchasing a repro with the intention of creating a replica of the 369th uniform, so I need to know what type (M36, M40, M43, etc), collar of collar, material.

I have my eye on a couple on eBay and don't know which would most closely match what I'm actually looking for.

Do either of these (or any others in this seller's store) resemble those tunics worn by Croats in the East?
