I'm not aware any Portugesse fought for the Wehrmacht/Waffen SS, though many served on the Allied side.

What indication to you have that Portugesse did actually serve Germany during WW2??

Well there is real info about Portuguese volunteers who slipped into Spain and went to Russia with the Blue Division. Numbers were never great and not in excess of 500. It could be argued that perhaps some of them also went into the Waffen SS with the other Spaniards.
