Coastal Forces Numbers

My latest interest is the battles waged by the coastal forces of RN and Kriegsmarine from 1940 to 1945. I have books on specific vessel types, and a few general books on the actions over that period.

But what I'm really looking for is a book/s that details actual numbers and locations of the various forces on both sides of the Channel over the whole period of the War. An OOB in effect.

Also very interested if anyone can recommend a book that deals with training, establishment, equipping and replenishment of front line flotillas.
